Since high school, Tim Weber, now vice president of pharmacy for Fruth Pharmacy, knew he wanted to be a pharmacist. At a local Kiwanis Club meeting, Weber met an independent pharmacist who touted the benefits of being in the field. “That was enough for me to consider and ultimately enter pharmacy,” he said.
